IM GOING TO KUALA TERENGGANU

it's been a while since i updated my blog. Havent touch it since last year....

Jus got back from induction course which held in Port Dickson. Really enjoyed my course except for some boring 'ceramahs'......

anyway... i got posted to Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah in Kuala Terengganu. For all places, why in kuala terengganu. I wanted Kuantan so badly and my dream was dashed by the letter i received on the last day of my course. It wasnt in my choice but anyway, i take all te courage to bring myself there. A new place, a new beginning. Will be reporting myself on Sunday. I know.... It's a bit too late.... but need to sort out some stuffs before i leave.....

O gosh .... i had waited for 5 bulan plus..... and i think i have give back all my knowledge to my college.... so kinda worried here... sure going to get blasted by the specialists.....

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR 3

my last post for GOR ....

After windowing around Lord arc George.... we headed to Port Campbell for ......












TOILET!!!!!!!....

it's a small town ... the beach is small but it's beauiful.. u can see families picnicing along the beach.... kids playing with water and some kayaking too...

my bro as usual, dont wan to get down.. so, i cam-whored along the beach....













































i got someone to take my pic.. and yes.... im putting on weight!!!

after 10 min of wondering around the beach... i hopped on the bus again .... and we headed to our last destination.... London Bridge....

well... it's not the type of bridge u see in London..... no clock, no big wire and no windows.... it's just a normal gigantic stone which was nicely designed and shaped by their constant enemy, The Wave......

it's not far from Port Campbell.... not even 5 minutes.... we reach our destination.....















yup.. this is the London Bridge......















actually..... this the actual London Bridge and it's was supposed to have an arch connecting it ....

Sadly, the arch collapsed in year 1990.... well, 2 people were hurt but they survived anyway....

well, the day tour was really tiring....

at the starting of the trip.... me n bro was excited.... but towards the end.... my bro told me ....

bro:.. jie, why our whole journey is looking at rocks and only rocks and not others except rocks???

me:... aiya boy.... people come from every parts of world to see these rocks and the view along the GOR.....

bro:..jie.. what so special about the beach and the rocks .... malaysia also got wat!!!!... we've got Port Dickson!!!!

me:.... (irritated)....

im kinda irritated by my bro ... but what to do .. need to dragged him along to take photos of me and accompany me ...... how selfish!!!!!

anywway....on the way back to Melbourne.... as usual... we slept like a pregnant koala.... probably, we snored too!!!!ish ish ....

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR 2

continuation from my previous post......

after landing back on the ground again..... me and bro ran as fast as possible to see a better view of the gigantic stones.....

mind you... it's really far from the landing and also.... we have only 25 minutes to see it and plus taking photos...















can u see the fragments in front of the stones??... that's the recent downfall in 2005...

gosh... time passes so quickly and without realizing, we have only less than 5 minutes to rush back to the bus.......

me and bro ran with full of our might, climbing up and down..(the trail is very very very long!!!)... passing through the bushes and toilet .... seeing our bus starting moving slowly, with all the other passengers sitting watching us running like a crazy hyena....sigh.... we stepped onto the bus catching our breath profusely........

Not even 5 minutes, and havent warmth or seats.... we reached our next destination.... LORD ARC GEORGE.... ok.... there is an interesting history about it... BUT...... i couldnt understand at all... CAUSE..... everything is conducted in MANDARIN....

So,..... i could only understand that Lord George(i think he is the captain of the ship and one of the 2 survivors) sailing from London passing the route of where the 12 apostles are standing.... and came to the wrong place and at the wrong time......was having trouble controlling his ship due to the storm....

ok..... conclusion... his ship wrecked(the coast was called The Shipwreck Coast)... all his men dead except himself and Thomas.... and both of them were pushed by the waves landing them to a beach/shore.... naming it Lord Arc George....

time was almost up.. and as usual, we both siblings are the last ones to hop into the bus.... anywhere we go.... the Lee family will be the last in every tour.. everyone had to wait for us... probably it's due to genetics.... hehehehe

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR 1

last saturday, we went for the great ocean road(GOR) tour..... it's a day tour .... we collapsed as soon as we reach home at 10pm....

It's the most hoo-ha tour or it is a MUST GO tour if you in melbourne..... just enjoying the scenic view along the great ocean road!!

aiya..... but have to wake up at 4am to get ready for the tour as we need to catch a train to the city for the pick-ups....

i paid AUS$45... yeah... half price of it's original price......but everything is conducted in MANDARIN!!!!!!.... okay, im just a beginner in my mandarin ,probably, starting to enter into amateur stage..... HOWEVER, after the tour, i found out that my mandarin totally suckss!!!!!!!! maybe worse than a beginner!!!!!!!

well, as usual, i couldnt wake up at 4am... snoozed till 445am and get a bit panic as we need to leave from the house by 530am....

Mrs. Loh packed our food for lunch and breakfast and also tea time!!!!!... we brought pastries, kransky, cakes, breads, juices, water and rice for lunch....

as we soon leave from the house, the weather looks gloomy and i had this feeling that it's gonna rain.....

we caught the train at 608am and guess what .... i start to camwhore in the train!!!!
















we reached at FLinders st at 642am and we quickly walked to the tour agent .....

we are one of the early birds there.... and later..... more and more ppl swarming in front the shop and 99.99% are chinese.....

time is very precious in ozzie land.... they said must leave at 8 am sharped..... they really meaned it!!!!! or else... we will be left by the bus!!!!!!.... not like in Msia... 8am means 830 am or porbably longer!!!!

as soon we get on into the bus... me and my bro have this sleeping war!!!!!... we slept till we reached our 1st stop... Bell's beach!!!!..... bah.... it's starts drizzling outside!!!!...and it's really cold....































it was really cold... the wind was so strong and u felt like been blown away!!!... bah..... am i exaggerating?????.... not so serious la... but it was really cold as it was raining !!!!

it was just only the beach .... the tour guide was explaning why it's called Bell's beach.... but you know... it's a chines-guided tour .... so, i couldnt understand at all but just enjoying the c\view of the beach.....

after that, we departed for our next stop ..... Appollo Bay, for our lunch .... but before that, we stopped at an arch indicating we will be riding along the GOR!!!!































well, most of the time, we were on the road....we only have a short time outside to take a few photographs....

it tooks us around 1 hour to reach our next destination.... Apollo Bay.... a small town which only populated by only less than 1000 people.... but along the way to Apollo Bay, the view was magnificent..... and yeah.... Chi Mei, a friend of mine who always travels to Oz, told me to sit on the left side of the bus to enjoy the view !!!..thanks gal!!!!!

We stopped in Apollo Bay for lunch for an hour.... we look like a hungry hyena and ate as fast as possible to explore the small little town..... well,.... during our exploration. we were swarmed by the thousand handful of houseflies!!!!!!!!

after one hour, we departed the city and headed to the magnificent 12 apostles!!!!!!!.... along the way, i slept like a pregnant koala..... competiting with my bro in the sleeping competition!!!

b4 we reached the 12 apostles, i was awaken by my tour guide.... and struggling to open my stubborn eyes..... i look outside my window.... and i saw a big gigantic stone in front me!!!

hurray!!!!!!.... alas.... we reached the 12 apostles!!!!!

i zoomed down the bus and headed to the helipcopter... yeah... me and bro took all our fortune (which costs us AUS 60 for 15 min ride)...... eh... it's our first time sitting on the helipcopter... not the big one.... but the mini one.....

Sadly to say, currently, they only left 8 apostles now.... the recent one was crashed down in 2005 .... all of them are constantly attacked by the waves and wind .. thinning them out... well, currently, it is still free to go and watch this magnificent and gigantic stone .... i guess, next time, they will start charging for entrance fee to see the few 'survivors'!!!!

So, better booked your tickets now to Melbourne to watch the last hanging survivors or else....or else you need to pay a large sum of money for the entrance fee!!!

aha..... we got separated as they need 3 ppl on board.... most of the girlfriends dont want to get separated ... so , we both siblings sacrificed of being together ... and went our separate ways....

MNG IS ON SALES!!!!!

Bah...... i knew it last week from a forum!!!... phoned my friend who is a regular customer of MNG told me that the sales were really good!!!... she booked all the nicest clothing before the sales and she spend around RM 1500!!!....

she told me there was this nice top and could buy it for cause it only costs RM35... and you know what????..... the second day of the sales..... NO MORE SIZES!!!!!!! arghh!!!!!!!... hate it!!!! by the time im back in msia.... everything will be gone!!!!

MNG in australia is FREAKING EXPENSIVE!!!!....bah!!!!!..... the next mng sales will be in June next year..... aiya... so long..... that time start working oledi ... how to go kl and sapu all the clothing!!!!....wahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

well, no luck for this year mng sales ......so better sapu nice and cheap clothing in ozzie!!!!!!(if can get la)

puffing billy

on the 11th of dec(tuesday)... went for a ride with puffing billy.... it's an ozzie's favourite steam train running on tracks from Belgrave to Gembrook passing a scenic view of Mount Dandenongs or it is also known as the Blue Mountain of Melbourne......

well, we didnt ride till Gembrook cause it will cause us a fortune.... we rode to Lakeside which it is between Belgrave and Gembrook.... and it costs us AUS$ 32.50 EACH!!!!!! wow.... if we convert back to our msian RM.... it costs us nearly RM100 for a 2 hours ride ......

anyway, it's worthwhile trip.. sitting on the train appreciating the scenic view of the countryside... the breeze was cool and fresh.... and waving to people we passed by ...... (if we did that in malaysia, people think we are insane or 'sakai'!!!!!)

we took the first train at 1030am.... took an hour to reach Lakeside... mind you.... the 1 hour trip doesnt feel like an hour trip at all!!!.... time passes so quickly while enjoying the view and the breeze and not to forget, waving to people and school children!!!!!

cant wait for my tomorrow's GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR!!!.... but then.. i have to wake up at 4 am !!!!

during my 3rd day in melbourne... i went to Yea where Mr.s Loh's cattle farm situated... it takes around 1 hours ++ to reach there.... the view was magnificent when on the way to the farm passing by numbers of wineries and apple and cherry orchards!!!!

once we reached the farm... air was cooling .. just nice and too hot.... but there were flies everywhere like as if they having wars towards the human beings!!!!!.... it's not just due to the cowdungs.. but it was summer .. and there are alot of flies even in the city !!!!!

their farm is huge!!!!.... i think is 63 acres!!!!!

we ate our lunch before we started walking around the farm ..... normal, simple, home-cooked food!!!!!:)

Today morning, Mr Loh brought me to a tour agent to book my Great Ocean Road tour(GOR).... was expecting to pay AUS$ 95 for a day tour.... but, i only paid Aus$ 45!!!!!!... why??? cause it's a chinese guided tour ....

SHIT!!!... i'm a pure banana struggling to speak perfect mandarin and cantonese but had failed in fading colors!!!! bah.... though i have free tuition from my ever 100% perfect-orientated-mandarin-agonist boyfriend @ xiaojie.....with primary 1 and 2 chinese books to learn........ and me with no determination to learn further..... xiaojie gave up in teaching me!!!:P... im a perfecto lazy bum with full of hatred in learning languages!!!!:P

but anyway, GOR is only scenary area... no history.. so heck it ... i rather save that Aus$ 50 in shopping !!!!!...muahahahahaha

im going this saturday for my GOR.... and tomorrow... will be in puffing billy (the steam train)...okie dokie.... need to do some research... will update later!!!
